How do I upload my own videos to VideoNow?
This support page will guide you through the VideoNow upload process, and show the video guidelines.
How to upload a video
Step One:
Video guidelines
1.0: Must be in the MP4 or AVI formats.
2.0: Maximum video length is 30 minutes (40 minutes for staff).
2.1: If the video is 10 minutes in length or lower, it should have a maximum resolution of 540p (to reduce filesizes). 600p for staff.
2.2: If the video is 11 to 30 (40 for staff) minutes in length, it should have a maximum resolution of 480p (to reduce filesizes). 540p for staff.
2.3: If the video has a higher resolution, it will be compressed.
